Outpatient Treatment Staff
Sandra Allred has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Welfare and Master’s Degree in Education both from the University of Arkansas. She has been an LPC since 1995 and an employee of Ozark Guidance since 1999. Her prior experience has been with disabled adults, elderly adult population, and teens. She had three years of training with Reality Therapy under Dr. William Glasser.
Felicia Sanders is a Licensed Master Social Worker at the Fayetteville outpatient clinic. She received her Master’s degree in social work in 2016 from the University of Arkansas. Felicia incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches such as ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), Mindfulness, and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) to assist children and adolescents in finding ways to cope with stressors. She provides services to children ages 5-18 years of age, with special regards to adolescents, families, and LGBTQI+ individuals. Felicia believes in the importance of creating a strong therapeutic alliance based in compassion and acceptance, and enjoys assisting individuals and families in finding their voice and fostering emotional growth.
Abby Hill is a resident of Fayetteville, AR. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at Purdue University in Indiana and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University in Nebraska. Abby has 17 years of experience working in the field of mental health. During that time she has worked extensively with helping children and families deal with a myriad of life’s issues in home-based, residential, and school-based settings. She has been with Ozark Guidance since 2013, first working as a school-based therapist and is now our designated outpatient play therapist.
Sandra Cynthia J. Patton
Cynthia J. Patton is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience in clinical work with children, adolescents and families. She has a wide variety of experience with concerns young people and their families face including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma/adverse experiences, self-injurious behavior and behavioral problems. Her primary orientation is cognitive behavioral although she has had extensive experience and training in other approaches (TF-CBT, positive behavioral management, family therapy) and adopts a flexible approach that best matches the client and family needs. Due to her primarily cognitive focus, she is best suited to working with clients nine and over.
Kathy Ennes is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with over 17 years’ experience providing counseling to children and adolescents in Northwest Arkansas. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and worked for 15 years in school-based services at Ozark Guidance before transferring to office-based outpatient services. She enjoys working with all ages, from preschool to adult. She has experience working with several treatment areas, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral problems. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in nature, with family, and calling those Hogs!
