Clients of Ozark Guidance Arisa Health-

We want you to know that as a healthcare provider of essential services, we will remain available to serve our clients and we are committed to doing this in the safest possible manner.

At this time we have not heard of a confirmed case of COVID-19 with our staff, clients, or within our communities. We believe it is important for you to know that we are monitoring the situation and making plans in the event of an outbreak close to home. We are working closely with state and local health departments, various city officials, and schools to carefully follow the developing situation across our network.

As part of our effort to operate in the safest manner possible, clients who are sick must reschedule their appointments before coming in to see us. Additionally, you must reschedule your appointment if you, or anyone in your home, have symptoms of COVID-19 including:

  • Fever of 100.4o or higher
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Known exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case
  • Travel to an area inside/outside of USA with known community spread

When necessary, we will refill one month (30 days, no refill) of all medications to any client that reschedules an appointment for COVID-19 reasons.   We are also working on alternatives for face-to-face client care and will share this information as it becomes available.  With that in mind, when you call to reschedule your appointment, please have your email address and phone number available. Please also familiarize yourself with the technology options available to you at home.  For example, do you have a smartphone with a camera?  Do you have a laptop, Chromebook, or tablet with a camera and speakers or headphones?
