OUR INTEGRATED ADHD SPECIALTY TEAM

Randy Staley, MD, Psychiatrist

Dr. Staley is board-certified in psychiatry and board-eligible in child psychiatry. He attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He then completed a combined five-year residency program in Psychiatry, Child Psychiatry, and General Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Dr. Staley’s combined residency training offers a unique perspective on the condition and treatments of ADHD. Dr. Staley serves as the acting Ozark Guidance Medical Director.

Behavioral Health Nurses facilitate communication and collaboration between Dr. Staley, the treatment team, the family, child, and other providers such as the primary care physician and school.

A Licensed Psychological Examiner provides expert diagnostic testing via multiple channels. They are a partner in the client's treatment through ongoing evaluation and support.

Mental Health Professionals such as the program coordinator and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) work directly with the client and family to implement their personalized treatment plan. This could include individual, family, and group therapy as well as ongoing psychoeducation.
