WELCOME to Ozark Guidance, the premier provider of mental health services in Northwest Arkansas. OG, as we are commonly called, is a local non-profit community mental health provider. We take pride in offering the most comprehensive array of services to meet the mental health needs of Northwest Arkansas residents. Last year we served over 14,000 citizens from every walk of life. The diversity of our clients mirrors the diversity that we enjoy throughout NW Arkansas. On a daily basis we provide services to:
- Infants, children, adults, and seniors –
- those with significant financial resources and individuals with limited resources –
- all levels of need (acute crises to one-time educational visits) and
- individuals and families from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds.
Mental illness does not discriminate; it is more prevalent than cancer, heart disease or diabetes. At some point mental illness touches almost every family.
Ozark Guidance stands ready to serve the residents of Washington, Benton, Carroll and Madison Counties. We have clinics and/or services located in all four counties; no one should have to drive more than 30 minutes from their home to reach one of our service sites. We have the largest school based mental health services program in the State of Arkansas. OG has partnered with several local foundations and school districts to provide prevention and social support services to children and families. And, we are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations - the gold standard in healthcare accreditation.
