Medical Billing Specialist: Accounting

Manage the capital campaign fundraising budget in concert with the CEO and appropriate Committee. 10. Manage pledges and funds (managing the pledges as they come in, setting up the pledge schedule in a software system, sending thank you notes as pledges come in, sending reminders when payments are needed, etc.). 11. Ensure that data related to prospects and donors is recorded and tracked in electronic and hard copy files; manage campaign record keeping, evaluate progress towards goals, prepare periodic reports on fundraising and present to the Board and senior staff; recommend revisions to the fundraising plan, as needed, to meet goals; 12. Registration Specialist: Customer Service

This position will provide an interactive, welcoming response to all inquiries for service as the first point of contact within the Ozark Guidance service delivery system. This position will engage new clients in a supportive, non-judgmental process of gathering all information necessary to initiate services with Ozark Guidance. When appropriate services and funding sources have been identified, the position will provide every client with an orientation in conformance with Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities standards. This position will review all materials for readiness prior to referral for scheduling of the next appointment with a clinician. Responsibilities include accurate and complete data collection and review leading to all information necessary for scheduling and billing. Examples of such activities can include providing education on Private Option Health Care, verifying prior authorizations and referrals are in place and notifying appropriate personnel if the client is out of compliance. Therapeutic Foster Care Parents

Ozark Guidance is looking for very special people who want to become professional parents and provide treatment foster care in their own home for children and adolescents. Those interested must have a High School diploma or GED. No experience is necessary, but we will provide extensive initial and ongoing training.  We use a team approach, which provides 24-hour support, in home and out. We prefer parenting experience, and you must be employed or have outside income to be able to support your own household without the board payment. We are looking for families who would like to foster a child full time or who would be interested in respite care (providing overnight care for children in our program on an as needed basis).  Interested applicants should contact Kristin Lehner at (479) 725-5124.
